How It Works
- Contact our customer service to learn about production scheduling and pet photo requirements.
- Place your order: provide pet’s name, selected pet photo, and pay 50% deposit.
- Once production begins, you will receive an email.
- Wait for product completion.

Upon completion, product photos will be sent as attachments to your email. Shipping will commence after the final payment is made.
- Express delivery to your door.
Production Timeline
- The creation process takes approximately 20-35 days, as each piece is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail.
- Shipping time takes an additional 1-4 weeks depending on your location.
Refund Policy
- Before production officially begins, if you wish to cancel your order, you can contact our customer service via email for a deposit refund.

After production has begun, due to the customized nature of the product, if you wish to cancel the order, the deposit will be retained to cover material and labor costs and will not be refunded.

How long does delivery take?
Email confirmation of product details and assessment: 1-3 business days.
Crafting time by skilled artisans: 20-35 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Delivery time includes both production and shipping:
Shipping: 15-30 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
How will I know my delivery is shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will be updated within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact support@lifepx.com.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@lifepx.com. Corrections may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Lifepx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the tracking details provided. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 business days at support@lifepx.com.
Save all packaging and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Replacement Service
Lifepx offers a one-year complimentary replacement service for any product component lost or damaged under normal use.
If an item requires repair within the first year, we are committed to providing this service free of charge, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Our goal is to keep your decor looking as beautiful as the day it arrived!
Return & Refund Policy for Custom Handmade Products
Custom handmade products are made to order and are unique to each customer. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are not accepted once production has started. However, you can still cancel your order before production begins. In case you decide to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@lifepx.com
If you request a refund after production has begun but before completion, we will charge a 50% fee to cover material costs and labor.
Before shipping, we will confirm the design with you and ensure it matches your expectations. Once the product is shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted, except for quality issues.
For any issues related to the quality of a custom handmade product, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on lifepx.com. If you request a refund 24 hours after the order is placed but before delivery, a transaction fee will apply:
2.6% for credit card users
3.6% for PayPal users
